What is your return policy for opened items?
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. Due to the precision nature of model kits, we cannot accept returns once the box has been opened or parts have been removed from the sprues.
What should I do if my kit is missing a specific part?
We pride ourselves on quality control, but if a part is missing, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. We will work with the manufacturer to send you the replacement component free of charge.
